Years of trying.
Still no clean one-arm?
You're not stuck — your foundation is. The only roadmap from a solid two-arm handstand to the Bboy, the Flag, and the Figa.
Most one-arms
hit the same wall.
"Years of effort, still no clean hold? It's almost never talent. It's the foundation underneath it."
Shoulders sink. Hips fold. The balance you fought for collapses the second you reach for a shape. We rebuild it from the floor up — in the exact order your body learns it — so the one-arm you earn actually holds. Built once. Built right.
Six phases.
One clear road.
Foundation → one-arm shapes
Every phase is built on the one before it. No phase asks more than your body's ready for. By the last phase, you don't reach for the shapes — you arrive at them.
Body position. The shapes. The shoulders. The body shift.
Where the position is actually built.
Sharpening the fingertip and the shift.
Bridging stability to true balance.
The freedom you've been earning.
The reason for everything.
Why this
actually works.
Five principles that turn wobbly attempts into a one-arm you own — built from the ground up, in the exact order your body needs.
Foundations first
The work you do here pays off for years. Skip it, and you'll only rebuild it later — slower, and from scratch.
Six activation points
The full engagement sequence almost nobody teaches. Master it and the one-arm stops being luck.
Alignment you can measure
Real angles, not vague cues. You'll always know whether you're on the line — or quietly cheating it.
Quality over the clock
Your last five seconds should look like your first. That's the difference between a hold and a habit.
Understanding, not imitation
Learn why every piece works, and you'll never lose the skill — or plateau on it — again.
Strong,
Straighter.

I pre-purchased — how do I get access?+
I'll enroll you personally on launch day in mid-August 2026. The moment the course is live, you'll get an email with your direct access link — no extra steps from you, no codes to enter. Just open the email and start training.
Your founding price + lifetime access are locked in the moment you pre-purchase.
Do I need to already have a handstand?+
Yes — you should be able to hold a solid two-arm handstand (around 60 seconds, or close) before starting. The one-arm builds directly on that. If you're not there yet, start with one of my foundational courses first.
How long until I get my one-arm handstand?+
Honestly? It depends on your starting point and how consistently you train — and I won't promise you a number, because anyone who does is selling you something. What I can promise is the clearest, most complete path there is, and that if you follow it, you won't be wasting your time on the wrong things.
The goal is to get you there as well as possible, not just as quickly as possible.
How often should I train?+
Ideally 3–5 times per week, 1–2 hours per session (not counting your warm-up). The course includes a sample program to build from.
Do I need any equipment?+
A wall is all you need to start. Once you progress into the box and block phases, you'll need a sturdy box (roughly knee-height) and a pair of yoga blocks. Nothing exotic — most students already have these or can grab them cheap.
What makes this different from free tutorials?+
Free tutorials teach the shortcut version — coming off the wall by sinking and leaning. It feels faster and hits a ceiling fast. This course teaches the foundation that the shortcut skips, which is the only thing that actually gets you to the advanced shapes.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?+
One-time payment, lifetime access. You pay once and the course is yours — every lesson, every future update, every new shape I add. No subscription, no renewal.
When does it launch?+
Mid-August 2026. Join the waitlist or pre-purchase to be first to know — pre-purchasers get $100 off the launch price and the access link the moment the doors open.
