- Physical safety: handstand training carries real risk of injury. You train at your own risk, you confirm you are physically able to participate, and you should consult a doctor if unsure. See the Physical Safety Disclaimer (Clause 17A).
- Under 18: if the student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on their behalf and supervise all training.

4 · Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Content (including any derivative works created by you) remain exclusively with Art of Handstands or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Art of Handstands.
5 · Third Party Intellectual Property
Where the Website or any Course incorporates content owned by a third party, such content is used with permission or under licence. You may not use any such third-party content in any way that would infringe the third party's rights.
6 · Fair Use
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under the fair dealing provisions of the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528).
6A · Licence Grant and Scope
6A.1 · Grant
On successful purchase of a Course (and, in the case of an instalment plan, upon receipt of each applicable instalment payment), Art of Handstands grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access the Course Content through your Account for your own personal, non-commercial training use only. The licence is granted only upon full payment (or successful instalment payments as applicable) and is immediately revoked upon any breach of these Terms or termination of your Account.
6A.2 · Restrictions
You may not:
- download, copy, record, save, or store any video Content by any means;
- screen-share, screen-record, live-stream, cast, or broadcast any lesson;
- show, display, or provide access to the Course Content to any other person, including friends, family members, students, or clients;
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or make available any Course Content on any platform, whether public or private;
- use, adapt, translate, or reproduce any Course Content, imagery, thumbnails, or written material for your own coaching, teaching, social media, marketing, or commercial purposes;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or scrape any Course Content, metadata, or platform data;
- use any Course Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence, machine-learning model, or automated system.
6A.3 · PDF Roadmap Programs
PDF roadmap programs provided as part of a Course may be downloaded and printed solely for your own personal training use. They remain the property of Art of Handstands and may not be shared, distributed, uploaded, published, resold, or used for any commercial or instructional purpose. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, you must permanently delete or destroy all downloaded PDFs and any copies thereof.
6A.4 · Teaching and Certification
You may not use, teach, or represent yourself as teaching the Art of Handstands method, curriculum, progressions, sequences, cueing language, or any distinctive teaching frameworks in any commercial, coaching, or instructional capacity, whether online or in person, whether for payment or free of charge, without prior written authorization from Art of Handstands or a valid Art of Handstands teaching certification.
6A.5 · Enforcement
Breach of this Clause 6A will result in immediate termination of your Account under Clause 11.2, with no refund. Art of Handstands reserves all rights and remedies in respect of any unauthorized use of Course Content, including without limitation pursuit of monetary damages, account of profits, and injunctive relief. Art of Handstands may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting any bond.
6A.6 · Moral Rights
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in any Content or derivative works in favour of Art of Handstands.
7 · Links to Other Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over such websites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
8 · Links to this Website
You may link to the Website provided the link is fair, legal, and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not create a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement by us where none exists. If you wish to link to the Website in any other way, please contact us at info@artofhandstands.com.
9 · Use of Communications Facilities
When using any communications facility on the Website, including comments, community areas, or messaging, you agree that you will not:
- submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or abusive;

- submit content for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or spam;
- upload any virus, malware, or harmful code;
- use the facility for any purpose other than that which is intended.
We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches this clause and to suspend or terminate your Account without notice.
10 · Accounts
10.1 · Account Creation
You may need to create an Account to purchase or access certain Courses. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your Account information up to date.
10.2 · Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
10.3 · Unauthorized Use
You must notify us immediately at info@artofhandstands.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. Where unauthorized access to or use of your Account by a third party results from your failure to take reasonable care of your credentials, this constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
10.4 · Personal and Non-Transferable
Your Account is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You may not sell, share, gift, lease, loan, or transfer your Account, your login credentials, or your access to any Course to any other person. Sharing of Account credentials, or granting any third party access to your Account, will result in immediate termination of your Account under Clause 11.2 with no refund.
10.5 · Monitoring
Art of Handstands reserves the right to monitor Account usage (including login locations, concurrent sessions, and access patterns) for the purpose of detecting unauthorized sharing or other breaches of these Terms. We may suspend access pending investigation if unusual activity is detected.
11 · Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
11.1 · Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by written notice to info@artofhandstands.com. Termination by you does not entitle you to any refund of prior payments (see Clause 14).
11.2 · Termination for Cause
Art of Handstands may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect and without refund if you:
- breach any material provision of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the licence terms in Clause 6A;
- share your Account credentials, login details, or access with any other person;
- initiate an invalid chargeback in breach of Clause 14.4;
- engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful conduct toward Art of Handstands staff, coaches, or other Users;
- use the Art of Handstands method, curriculum, imagery, or Course Content for commercial, coaching, or instructional purposes without prior written authorization or valid Art of Handstands certification.
Upon any termination under this Clause 11.2 or otherwise, the licence granted under Clause 6A is automatically revoked and you must permanently delete or destroy all downloaded Content (including PDFs).
11.3 · Termination Without Cause
If Art of Handstands terminates your Account for any reason other than those set out in Clause 11.2, you will be granted continued access to the Course you purchased for a period of no less than twelve (12) months from the date of termination, or the remedies set out in Clause 14.5 shall apply.
12 · Services, Pricing and Availability
12.1 · Pricing
Prices for Courses and Services are as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
12.2 · Availability
All Courses and Services are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any particular Course will be available at any given time.
12.3 · Taxes
Prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any such taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
13 · Orders and Provision of Services
13.1 · Order Acceptance
An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Course or Service. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation by email.
13.2 · Order Rejection
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including without limitation orders where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the Course is unavailable. If your order is rejected, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
13.3 · Payment
Payment is due at the time of order and is processed via our payment provider. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount due to your chosen payment method.
13.4 · Payment Plans
Course purchases may be made as a single payment or, where offered, via an instalment payment plan. Where you select an instalment plan for a Course, the number of instalments, the amount of each instalment, any upfront payment, and the charge schedule are displayed at checkout and confirmed at the time of purchase. The first payment is charged on the day of purchase, and subsequent instalments are charged at the interval shown at checkout.
If any instalment payment fails, access to the Course will be suspended until payment is received. If an instalment remains unpaid for fourteen (14) days after the failed charge, your Account may be terminated under Clause 11.2 and no refund of prior instalment payments will be issued. Where a Course is sold on an instalment plan with staged Content release, Course modules will unlock according to the schedule set out at the point of purchase. If you cancel or default on the plan, you will not receive access to unreleased modules.
The licence under Clause 6A is granted only in respect of Content for which the corresponding instalment payment has been successfully received. Art of Handstands reserves the right to accelerate all remaining unpaid instalments upon default.
13.5 · Fulfilment
Digital Course access is delivered immediately upon successful payment. You will receive access to your Account and the purchased Course Content within minutes of your payment being processed. If access is not received within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, please contact us at info@artofhandstands.com. Delivery of digital access constitutes full performance of our supply obligations.
14 · Cancellation and Refunds
14.1 · No Refunds Policy
All Course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been processed and access to Course Content has been granted, no refunds will be issued in whole or in part. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind; inability to attend or complete the Course; personal circumstances; dissatisfaction with the Course; or claims of non-use.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide non-excludable cancellation or refund rights, those rights will apply to the extent (and only to the extent) required by such laws.
14.2 · EU / UK Consumer Waiver
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you would ordinarily have a 14-day statutory right to cancel a digital purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or, as applicable, the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By completing your purchase and expressly ticking the acknowledgment at checkout, you confirm that:
- Course Content is delivered immediately upon payment;
- you require immediate access;
- you expressly waive your 14-day cancellation right in exchange for immediate access.
Following this waiver, no cancellation or refund right applies.
14.3 · Instalment Cancellation
If you have purchased on an instalment plan and wish to discontinue, you may cancel future instalment charges by written notice to info@artofhandstands.com. All prior instalment payments are non-refundable. Once cancellation is confirmed, your Account access to the Course will be suspended and any unreleased modules will not be delivered.
14.4 · Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer for a valid Course purchase without first contacting us to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You agree to contact us first and allow a reasonable period (not less than seven (7) days) for us to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback. In the event of a chargeback found to be invalid, we reserve the right to:
- suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect;
- block your email address, payment method, and any associated identifiers from future purchases;
- recover any associated fees, including chargeback fees, legal costs, and administrative costs.
14.5 · Discontinuation of the Course
In the unlikely event that Art of Handstands ceases operations or permanently discontinues a Course, active Account holders will receive, at Art of Handstands' discretion, either:
- twenty-four (24) months of continued access to the Course from the date of announcement of the discontinuation; or
- a downloadable archive of the Course materials, comprising PDF guides and video files, for personal, non-commercial use subject to the licence terms in Clause 6A.
This shall constitute full and final resolution of the matter and no cash refund will be provided.
15 · Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at artofhandstands.com/privacy. By using the Website or purchasing any Course or Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
16 · How We Use Your Personal Information
We process personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Where you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, we additionally process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. Full details of the personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, your rights, and our data retention practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

17A.5 · Waiver of Liability for Training
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any claim against Invert Limited, Art of Handstands, its coaches, employees, agents, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any Course. 20.2 · Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Art of Handstands in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20.3 · Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The limitations and exclusions in this Clause 20 apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong and any other mandatory applicable law.
21 · No Waiver
No failure or delay by us to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further exercise of it.
22 · Previous Terms and Conditions
These Terms replace and supersede any previous Terms and Conditions issued by Art of Handstands. For purchases made under previous Terms, the version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase.

26 · User Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invert Limited, Art of Handstands, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms (including the licence restrictions in Clause 6A) or your misuse of any Content.
27 · Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

29 · Force Majeure
Art of Handstands shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, payment-processor failures, acts of God, internet or telecommunications failures, or governmental actions.
30 · Language
These Terms are drafted in the English language. If any translation is provided, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
