What our students say about the course

Amber Goh

"I’m really enjoying this online course. It stands out as one of the finest handstand resources available. It's a versatile guide that accommodates both beginners seeking to develop their handstand skills and advanced practitioners looking to refine their fundamentals.
I like it that the instructions are simple, clear and easy to follow, complemented by high quality visual aids. The course is thoughtfully structured, with each skillset or training block designed to cater to different proficiency levels. For novices, there are plenty of drills aimed at building strength and accessory skills, ultimately leading to achieving a free handstand. On the other hand, for advanced practitioners, the course offers a wealth of invaluable insights and techniques to master each aspect of hand balancing.
If you aspire to become proficient in the art of hand balance, I wholeheartedly recommend this course as your go-to resource for Hand Balance 101".

Incredible attention to detail in this course!
I signed up for this course with the intention of learning how to better teach beginner handbalance students and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with how much I've learned from it.
The course is set up in a very logically progressive way where it is very clear that each step is a building block for future steps.
It has given me no choice but to re-establish the way I teach handbalancing because it's extremely clear on how to get students to constantly be progressing and overcoming their limitations.
This course would be of great value to any level of student or teacher as long as they are willing to focus on the small details, which ultimately lead to the greatest results
