AoH Teacher
Training 2.0

It's back. Hong Kong. Eight days that will transform your teaching.
March 3 – 11, 2027 48 Hours of Intensive Training 10 Spots Only Worldwide Hong Kong

The first AoH Teacher Training in 2026 changed everything for the coaches who were in that room. Now, after a full year of refining the manual, absorbing feedback, and deepening the methodology, Teacher Training 2.0 is here. This is not a repeat. The framework has evolved. The exercises are sharper. The teaching scenarios are more demanding. If you're serious about becoming an exceptional handstand instructor — or elevating the coaching you already do — this is the training that will get you there.

Over eight days in Hong Kong, I'll open up the complete AoH teaching methodology: how I assess students, how I build progressions, how I diagnose problems in real time, and how I've guided over a thousand people from absolute zero to confident handstanders. You'll leave with the tools, the language, and the confidence to teach handstands at a level you didn't know was possible.

This Is a Teacher Training.
Not a Handstand Course.

Your personal practice takes a back seat. This is about your students.

I need to be direct about this because it's the most important thing to understand before you apply. The AoH Teacher Training is designed to make you a better teacher, not a better handstander. There will be handstand practice during the training — but every drill, every hold, every exercise exists specifically to teach you how to guide your students through it. You are practising so that you understand what your students feel, where they get stuck, and how to fix it.

If you're looking for a training camp to improve your own handstand, this is not it. I have courses, classes, and retreats for that. This training is for people who want to teach — and teach exceptionally well.

"You'll do handstands every day. But the question is never 'how do I hold longer?' — it's 'how do I get my student to hold longer?'"
What This Training Is
  • Learning to teach the complete AoH method from zero to advanced
  • Drilling how to assess, cue, correct, and progress students in real time
  • Handstand practice designed for understanding the student experience
  • Video analysis of real student scenarios
  • Building your teaching language, confidence, and decision-making
  • Receiving the exclusive AoH Teacher Training Manual
What This Training Is Not
  • A personal handstand training camp or intensive
  • A review of your own handstand practice or technique
  • A workshop to improve your personal hold time or skills
  • A retreat with leisure time built into the schedule
  • A certification — that's a separate post-training process

What You'll Learn

The complete AoH teaching methodology — nothing held back.
01
The AoH Teaching Framework

How the AoH method is structured from Level 1 through Level 4. The progression logic, the milestones, and how to know when a student is ready to advance.

02
Student Assessment

How to evaluate a new student in the first five minutes. Reading body tension, fear response, wrist capacity, and shoulder mechanics to build a tailored plan.

03
Cueing & Corrections

The language of effective coaching. Verbal cues, tactile corrections, and knowing when to say nothing. Building the vocabulary that makes students move differently.

04
Spotting & Safety

Hands-on spotting techniques for every level. Where to stand, where to touch, how much force, and when to let go. Preventing injuries before they happen.

05
Class Design & Programming

How to structure a class from warm-up to cool-down. Programming for mixed levels, managing group energy, and building sessions that produce results.

06
Real-World Scenarios

Bring videos of your own students. We'll diagnose problems together, build correction strategies, and work through the messy reality of teaching real humans.

07
Fear & Psychology

The mental side of handstands is the biggest barrier for most students. How to identify fear patterns, build trust, and guide students through the mental blocks.

08
Wrist & Shoulder Management

The two most common injury sites. Conditioning protocols, load management, modifications, and when to stop a student before they push too far.

09
Building Your Coaching Career

Pricing, positioning, client retention, online vs. in-person. The business side of handstand coaching that nobody teaches — from someone who built it from zero.

The AoH Teacher
Training Manual

Your complete reference, from the training room to your own classes.

Every participant receives the exclusive AoH Teacher Training Manual — a printed booklet containing the complete methodology, exercise breakdowns, cueing guides, assessment frameworks, and programming templates covered during the training.

This manual is not available for purchase anywhere. It exists only for Teacher Training participants. It's the result of over a decade of teaching distilled into a reference you'll use for years.

AoH Teacher Training Manual

Certification Pathway

Attendance certificate included. Full certification available after.

Upon completing the eight-day training, you'll receive an official AoH Teacher Training attendance certificate. This confirms your participation and completion of the full 48-hour programme.

A separate certification process will be available post-training, allowing you to demonstrate your teaching proficiency through practical assessment and earn your official AoH Teacher Certification. Details will be shared during the training.

Pro Tip

I recommend arriving in Hong Kong 2 days early to adjust to the time zone and start the training feeling fresh and ready to absorb all the new content. The rest day on March 7 is perfect for exploring the city or simply recharging before the second half.
